Properties Square was started to provide services to Property Owners and Vendors that were not present in existing software. I purchased a house in the Coachella Valley during the covid pandemic. As a property owner there was a lot of information that I wanted to keep track of regarding equipment operation and warranties. There were several vendors that didn't have an online presence that would allow me to pay the monthly fees online. One vendor accepted only checks, while another accepted Venmo. Communication, with these vendors was via email and texts. There was no standard or convention across the ecosystem that would simplify how I managed all the information pertaining to the operation and maintenance of my property.

As a technologist and entrepreneur I figured I should build a platform that would provide a solution to managing a property. This platform was focused on the homeowner and associated vendors that provide services to these property owners on a regular basis. If you are a property owner, I hope this software helps you manage your property more efficiently. If you are a vendor I want this platform to help manage your business.
